【記者郭穗/張廷玉 台北綜合報導】挺伊斯蘭國推特帳戶，發布一張疑似攻擊台北101大樓相片，外交部駐外單位26日表示，相關外館已加強簽證查核資料，且國內外同步展開追蹤蒐集情資。
挺伊斯蘭國推特帳戶，25日晚發布一張疑似攻擊台北101大樓相片，行政院已啟動反恐緊急連絡機制，各相關部會密切了解訊息中。國防部發言人羅紹和表示，國軍已在了解事件的背景、動機和目的，呼籲民眾不要恐慌。
駐外官員說，先前已加強相關國家核發簽證的資料查核，出現疑似攻擊101圖片後，也提醒外館注意安全，且國內外相關單位正追蹤蒐集相關情資。
官員表示，其實台灣與國際合作抗ISIS，主要是人道援助，提供物資給ISIS受難者，這是愛心的表現，並不是在軍事方面，這點外交部已很明確對外說明。
外交部發言人高安強調，外交部與相關的駐外館處都會密切關注情勢，已請相關外館提高警覺並蒐集各地旅遊情勢訊息。2015/2/26
疑恐攻威脅 毛揆：勿過度恐慌
【記者郭穗台北報導】恐怖組織伊斯蘭國（ISIS）25日在推特帳戶上發布疑似攻擊台北101大樓照片，引起朝野重視。行政院長毛治國26日說，國安系統查證中，政府有因應機制，民眾不必過度恐慌，政府會持續關切。
毛治國上午在行政院副院長張善政、行政院秘書長簡太郎、行政院發言人孫立群陪同下，在行政院新聞中心舉行記者會，面對媒體詢問做以上表示。
目前政府循多項管道了解恐攻原因；另有人認為，照片上的背景與台北市有些差別。行政院表示，從發布的相片初步觀察，看似像101大樓，但背景不像台北盆地，無論如何，各反恐部會密切掌握訊息，若有必要時，相關應變中心會啟動進一步緊急機制。
ISIS疑似透過官方Twitter帳號之一發布一張台北101遭攻擊，造成101大樓烈火竄燒的畫面，畫面上面還寫著「當伊斯蘭國攻擊你的城市，他將不會好看；阿拉允諾之日不遠了」。
國防部發言人羅紹和指出，國軍相關單位已經對社群媒體推特上疑似恐怖攻擊台北101大樓的背景、動機、目的進行瞭解，籲請國人不要恐慌。
羅紹和說，國軍所屬專責反恐部隊及戰備部隊，平常皆會實施相關的狀況演練，一旦真實狀況發生時，會依政府命令及國安會指導，執行反恐任務，以確保國土安全。
